Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Training Specialist, Mid to design and deliver end-to-end training for federal environments. You will analyze needs, define objectives, and develop blended curricula across instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats.

You will partner with product owners and IT staff to keep training aligned with releases, manage LMS curricula, and drive readiness activities for system rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Training, HR, IT, or related field.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or training development.
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult-learning principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including ILT, virtual courses, and e-learning.
• Translate complex concepts into clear examples and scenarios aligned to real program use cases.
• Create templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency across releases.
• Use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, assignments, and completion metrics.
• Facilitate training events (in-person and virtual) and adjust delivery by feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend content and delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with product owners, system admins, and project teams to stay aligned with releases.
• Support change-management activities through training schedules and communications.
