Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Training Specialist, Mid, to design and deliver end‑to‑end training programs for users, help desk staff, and managers in a mission‑critical federal environment.

You will conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and develop blended curricula across instructor‑led sessions, virtual training, e‑learning, and performance support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4–7 years in technical training, instructional design, or training and development
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult‑learning principles
• Experience designing and delivering training for technical systems or complex processes
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role‑based objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions (classroom, virtual, e‑learning, simulations, job aids).
• Translate complex concepts into practical examples aligned to real program use cases.
• Create templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual training, adjust delivery with feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and adoption indicators.
• Coordinate with product owners, admins, and teams to align with releases and deployment.
• Support change‑management activities with scheduling, communications, and readiness
