Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Training Specialist, Mid to design and deliver end-to-end training programs for users, support staff, and managers in a mission-critical federal environment. You will conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and develop blended curricula across instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and performance support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or training and development.
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult-learning principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based learning objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including courses, e-learning modules, simulations, job aids, and quick-reference guides.
• Translate complex concepts into practical examples and case studies aligned to real program use cases.
• Create and maintain templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency across courses.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and completion tracking; produce training metrics.
