CBRE is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead BlackLine and Cadency platform initiatives across global Finance teams. You will own product requirements, drive backlog priorities, and coordinate agile sprints with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in financial systems or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years implementing and supporting financial systems, with at least 5 years of hands-on BlackLine experience across the intercompany, balance sheet reconciliation, and close modules.
• BlackLine certification preferred; Cadency experience a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary product expert and functional lead for BlackLine across intercompany, balance sheet reconciliation, and close modules.
• Lead ongoing optimization of BlackLine configurations, including automation, workflow improvements, and system integrations.
• Manage upgrades, new features, and platform enhancements with testing, training, and documentation.
• Onboard new business units and provide end‑to‑end implementation and go‑live support.
• Support the Cadency application alongside BlackLine and present performance metrics to leadership.
