The role collaborates with Campus Technology, IT staff, and vendors to manage configurations, updates, security, reporting, and training while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience supporting or administering enterprise applications, LMS or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical and nontechnical users.

Responsabilités

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support Blackboard Learn and related learning technologies.
• Manage LMS settings, roles, permissions, courses, users, enrollments, and institutional configurations.
• Support integration with student information systems, authentication, and third-party instructional apps.
• Test LMS updates, configuration changes, and new features before production deployment.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as escalation point for LMS issues.
• Coordinate technical support with Blackboard/Anthology and other vendors.
• Monitor system operation, data integrity, security, and access.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Provide training to faculty, staff, and LMS users.
