Job summary

Veho is hiring a Leader for the Business Operations team to act as the internal execution engine, owning the OKR and planning cadence and leading high-priority cross-functional tiger teams. You will diagnose root causes from first principles, drive durable fixes with speed, and build scalable operating rhythms while earning trust across leadership.

This role blends disciplined planning with hands-on problem solving, requiring a builder-operator mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience in management consulting and Strategy & Operations or BizOps at a high-growth company.
• Demonstrated track record of driving concrete operational outcomes.
• Hands-on experience owning a planning or OKR process or analog.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OKR process: drafting, leadership alignment, quarterly tracking, tie to company priorities.
• Run planning cadence: sequence short-, mid-, long-term planning cycles and define inputs/outputs.
• Build infrastructure: templates, trackers, dashboards to repeat planning rhythm.
• Lead tiger teams: cross-functional, define scope, milestones, owners, blockers.
• Diagnose from first principles: go where work happens to identify root causes.
