Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a BizOps leader to own planning cycles, metrics, and cross-functional programs. You will sit at the center of the business, partnering with executive leadership to translate strategy into execution across every function and drive high-stakes decisions.

The role requires building operating models, writing playbooks, and moving between strategic memos and complex operational problems with speed and clarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BizOps, Strategy and Ops or Chief of Staff at scale.
• Built cross-functional operating processes from scratch including planning cycles, reviews and metrics infrastructure.
• Strong analytical foundation: forecasting, unit economics, cohort analysis, variance analysis; SQL fluency or rapid upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles, OKRs, long-range planning and QBRs with exec and leadership.
• Run weekly and monthly business reviews; build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting infrastructure.
• Scope and stand up net-new initiatives from market entry to partnerships; drive end-to-end handoffs.
• Act as connective tissue across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance for multi-function programs.
