Job summary

Roblox is seeking a BizOps Associate to serve as a data-driven expert, delivering analytical insights and strategic recommendations. You will partner with senior leadership to shape the company’s financial and operational plan, track core metrics, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, People, FP&A and Developer Relations.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an investment bank, private equity, consulting or corporate development organization.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or other quantitative fields (math, science, finance/accounting).
• Demonstrated investigative and logical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and communication.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Roblox's unique business model.
• Be part of the BizOps team reporting to the CFO.
• Develop the annual strategic and financial plan.
• Track key operating metrics across the company.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize performance and growth.
• Create materials to communicate priorities to senior management.
• Prepare monthly management and Board reports emphasizing performance, forecasts and trends.
• Work with the CFO and VP of Finance on operational and financial issues.
