Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Business Operations (BizOps) Associate to become the data expert driving operational insights and strategic optimization across the company.

You'll work with senior teams to define plans and track metrics, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to drive growth and efficiencies. This full-time, hybrid role is based at our San Mateo, CA headquarters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an investment bank, private equity, consulting, or corporate development organization.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or other quantitative fields.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and communication.
• Experience with SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Roblox's unique business model.
• Be part of the BizOps team that reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Develop annual strategic and financial plan.
• Track key operating metrics across the company.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize performance and growth.
• Create materials to communicate priorities to senior management.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and the Board emphasizing performance, forecasts and trends.
• Work with the CFO and VP, Finance on key issues.
