Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst, Revenue to own core forecasting models and margin analytics across COGS, tax, and pricing. You will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Payments, Accounting, and Data to ensure pricing, tax exposure, and platform cost dynamics are accurately modeled and reported.

The role provides deep exposure to bookings, COGS, and Developer Expense, with opportunities to automate processes and contribute to executive and board-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or business operations or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or other quantitative fields (math, science, finance/accounting).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling; familiarity with Python/SQL/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the COGS forecast, budget, and platform bookings model, analyzing trends and informing strategic decisions.
• Drive pricing initiatives and understand COGS and Tax impact to pricing with Product and Tax teams.
• Lead key month-end deliverables for Accounting and Tax, including regional bookings views and tax files.
