Roblox is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to serve User, collaborating with engineering leadership to transform strategy into a multi-year people plan. You will lead org design, leadership bench, and programs that support a fast-growing product-driven tech org across Social, Consumer Apps, and Live teams.

You’ll partner with a People Business Associate to scale talent and embed AI-enabled practices, driving culture and leadership excellence at Roblox.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in HR, people strategy, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience partnering with VP-level engineering/tech leaders.
• Track record of org design and change at scale with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate data into a narrative.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your work.

Aufgaben

• Co-create User's multi-year people strategy with group leadership.
• Diagnose operating model, org design, spans & layers, and talent systems.
• Orchestrate large, multi-team changes including restructures.
• Build the leadership bench with long-term succession plans.
• Bring internal and external data to leadership decisions.
• Shape culture and hold leaders to commitments with candor.
