Job summary

Google’s BizOps team is seeking a strategist who can structure ambiguous business issues, analyze data quickly, and craft actionable recommendations for senior leaders. You will work with product managers and executives to operationalize insights and influence cross-functional decisions.

You will join a fast-moving, collaborative group that drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across Google's product areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in management consulting at the project lead or managerial level or equivalent experience in corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business issues for the Google executive team.
• Gather and analyze information quickly and solve problems effectively.
• Develop compelling and insightful recommendations.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within leadership audiences.
• Work with product managers, leadership, and functions to operationalize recommendations.
