Job summary

Jerry.ai is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. We started with car insurance in 2019, became one of the top 3 brokers in the U.S., then expanded into insights, diagnostics, and a repair marketplace.

We’re hiring 4–6 BizOps & Analytics team members embedded in growth, product, AI and partnerships to drive data-driven decisions and tangible impact, end-to-end. We’re fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago and Toronto.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and the decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface insights.
• Drive outcomes: present recommendations and shepherd them to implementation with stakeholders.
