Qualifications

• First principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence leadership decisions.
• Experience with SQL or Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and formulate questions that inform decisions.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights.
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations to drive outcomes.
• Own analytics for a business unit end-to-end.
