Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bistro Server to warmly serve guests, take orders, and ensure an outstanding dining experience. You will set up stations, deliver food and beverages, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness according to brand standards.

The role may involve bartending and assisting during peak periods. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior food and beverage experience or training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up supplies, food and beverages at the start of shift and maintain a stocked station.
• Take orders, input orders, collect payment and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee and beverages, including alcohol when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas and follow safety rules.
• Assist with bartending or bussing during busy periods.
