HHM Hotels is seeking a friendly Bistro Server to provide food and beverage service in a Courtyard Harlingen setting. You will set up stations, take orders, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior food and beverage experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends or holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available within HHM Hotels.

Aufgaben

• Set up necessary supplies, food, and beverage at the beginning of the shift and maintain a stocked work area at all times.
• Take orders from customers, input orders, obtain payment and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol when necessary.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure bank.
