Shaner Hotels is seeking a Bistro Team Member for Courtyard Baltimore McHenry Row, a versatile role supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations. You will help guests, prepare items, handle POS and cash transactions, and maintain a clean, friendly Bistro environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, food service, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front of House / Guest Service: Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve Bistro menu items, beverages, coffee, and other offerings.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized Bistro and service area.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items and make recommendations.
