You'll clock in and get set for service- checking the Bistro area, stocking what's needed, and prepping items so the line stays moving. During peak times, you'll greet guests, keep the dining area tidy, clear and reset tables, and stay attentive to pacing. Between rushes, you'll wash and put away dishes, wipe down surfaces, and keep the kitchen clean and organized. When deliveries arrive, you'll help put away truck orders and rotate product, making sure items are dated correctly. At close, you'll wrap up with cleanup and a final check so the next shift starts strong.
