Job summary

Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Bistro 300 Server to join our full-service restaurant/lounge team. You will help guests enjoy menu selections, provide recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires afternoon/evening shifts (3:00pm–11:30pm or 4:00pm–12:30am), weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a server or cocktail/server preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• Afternoon/evening shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences; engage guests with recommendations; maintain sanitation and setup of the dining area.
