The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a professional demeanor aligned with HVMG’s Culture

Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant management experience with proven skills in cost and labor controls.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate food and beverage costs and requisition supplies.
• Maintain operating cost records and monitor budgets.
• Plan menus and dining room, bar, and banquet operations.
• Inspect food quality and sanitation to meet standards.
• Schedule dining room staff and analyze daily/monthly reports.
• Provide training and development for staff and conduct performance reviews.
