Job summary

NexCare Health is seeking a Bistro Manager to support the Executive Chef in directing daily Bistro operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional EPIC food and beverage service and coordinating with other departments to enhance resident satisfaction.

The position offers full-time day schedule (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), with weekend/holiday rotation and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a ServSafe Manager certification.
• Knowledge of allergen management and federal/state guidelines.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing the Bistro operation with the Executive Chef.
• Prepare and deliver EPIC food and beverage service program to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with food-related activities with other departments.
• Develop, maintain, and implement Bistro policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties to ensure control of equipment and supplies.
• Supervise Bistro staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance.
