Job summary

Wellbridge of Clarkston is seeking a part-time Bistro Associate to collaborate with the Bistro Manager and Concierge, delivering an EPIC food and beverage experience that delights patients and visitors daily.

You will plan, prepare, cook and deliver high-quality meals, coordinate with departments, and uphold hospitality and customer service standards across every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe and allergen training.
• Barista training from Starbucks.
• Experience providing Bistro services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating the Bistro and its programs.
• Prepare, cook and deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments on food-related activities.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors.

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Part Time - Shift schedule will be Wednesdays and Every Other weekend.

How you will help people every day:

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluatingthe functioning of the Bistro, its programs, and activities.
• Prepare, cookand deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the coordination with food related activities with other departments.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• ServSafe and Allergen Trained
• Starbucks Barista trained.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
• Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
