Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking staff for the Bistro to manage front counter orders, cash handling, and timely food and beverage delivery. You will balance the register, perform daily side work, and support opening/closing shifts with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and basic math for transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and serve food and drinks.
• Balance cash register and handle transactions at the front counter.
• Deliver draft beer and limited cocktails with EPIC customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with opening/closing side work.
• Adapt to a changing weekly schedule while reporting to Bistro Managers.
