S&G Bistro is seeking a friendly, dependable Associate to keep the front counter and food program running smoothly during shifts. You will greet guests, ring up purchases, and prepare bistro items to standard, while keeping displays stocked and clean.

Ideal candidates have a background in fast-paced retail or food service, strong communication skills, and are comfortable with basic arithmetic. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to align with store scheduling.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to complete Level 1 ServSafe certification after hire (company covers cost).
• Background in fast-paced customer service or retail.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal communication and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and address questions or complaints professionally.
• Prepare bistro menu items per recipes, portions, and presentation guidelines.
• Rotate stock by checking dates and pulling older items as needed.
• Operate register, handle cash/card payments, and reconcile drawer.
• Replenish coolers, freezers, and shelving for full displays.
• Log temperatures and storage conditions; follow sanitation rules.
