Associates also help maintain stocked, clean, and safe sales floors, coolers, and prep areas while following sanitation requirements and rotation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to complete Level 1 ServSafe certification after hire (company covers cost).
• Some background in fast-paced customer service or retail.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and address questions or complaints professionally.
• Prepare and assemble bistro items per recipes and presentation standards.
• Rotate stock and check dates to manage freshness.
• Operate the register, handle cash/cards, and reconcile at shift end.
• Replenish displays and ensure sanitation and safe storage.
