Job summary

Johnson Hospitality LLC is seeking a friendly server to provide attentive dining service in person at our Vallejo, CA location. You will greet guests, take orders, and enter them into the POS system, while preparing beverage and food orders as needed.

Maintain a clean service area and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and follow hotel safety and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Provide friendly and responsive service to guests.
• Know basic beverage and food service practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and answer questions about menus.
• Enter orders in the POS system and process payments.
• Prepare coffee/barista drinks and assist with food orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and support station.
• Deliver accurate checks, handle cash and card payments following policy.
• Follow hotel/casino cash handling procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist team with opening/closing duties and side work as assigned.
• Communicate guest requests to supervisors and log maintenance needs.
