Qualificações

• Experience in guest-facing service is preferred.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with POS systems and processing payments.
• Completion of food safety and alcohol service certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, identify needs, and make recommendations.
• Be friendly, customer-centric, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and hotel/restaurant services.
• Take orders and enter into POS system; prepare drinks and food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Process payments and handle cash according to procedures.
• Follow LEARN model for guest recovery and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with other duties to ensure smooth operation of the Bistro.
