Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a Server and/or Barista in a restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Strong customer service skills with attentive service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables, present menus.
• Explain menu items, specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist guests in selecting food and beverages based on preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Take accurate orders using a POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure special requests and allergies are communicated and accommodated.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and quality.
• Monitor tables, refill drinks, clear plates, and provide utensils as needed.
• Handle guest payments accurately (cash and card).
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
