General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Bistro Attendant for the Courtyard by Marriott in Muncie to deliver friendly hospitality, take orders, and assist with food preparation and service. The role focuses on guest satisfaction and smooth dining operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation standards.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Ensure highest levels of food safety.
• Engage with guests to take orders and process payments.
• Provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas including busing, cleaning and resetting tables, delivering food to guests, and general cleaning of prep areas and other areas within the lobby.
• Accurately maintain cash register and credit receipts.
• Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment and machines.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
