We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as a server/bistro attendant at our Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Baton Rouge Hotel. As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and dishes according to company recipes and standards. Monitor bar inventory and take appropriate action.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Operate and maintain various food and beverage equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.
