Join us as an AM Bistro Attendant at Concord Hospitality Enterprises

We are seeking passionate individuals who enjoy serving others! As an AM Restaurant Attendant, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with your friendly smile and cheerful attitude. Your role is vital in creating a memorable guest experience through proactive, responsive, and caring service.

Hours of work: 6:00 AM to 10:00 or 11:00 AM, depending on the day. This position requires a high level of dependability and a passion for guest care, welcoming travelers from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a calm demeanor during busy or unusual events
• Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist in resolving guest issues
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
• Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
