The Salvation Army Southern CA Division is seeking a Party Coordinator to oversee birthday parties and field trips in the Athletics & Aquatics Department. You will hire, train, and supervise party hosts, manage supplies and equipment, and coordinate with program managers to keep venue hours up to date for public display.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain poise under pressure.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
• Must successfully complete safety and Fleet policies as required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise party hosts.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and families.
• Track and manage party sales and calendar.
• Complete pre-party procedures and internal communications.
• Ensure proper staffing and communicate details to staff.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality in all activities.
