Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must have a California driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise party hosts; observe performance and provide feedback.
• Provide great customer service to the community and members.
• Track and monitor sales of birthday parties and field trips; maintain party calendar.
• Complete pre-party procedures with parents and internal communications.
• Ensure all parties are staffed and communicate details to staff.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality; follow Salvation Army policies.
