Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise party hosts; observe performance and provide feedback.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers and members.
• Track and manage sales of birthday parties and field trips; maintain party calendar.
• Complete pre-party procedures and coordinate with staff for event requests.
• Ensure parties are appropriately staffed and communicate logistics to staff.
• Collect and share party feedback with Athletics Management or Facilities.
