Lifeway Mobility is seeking a Branch Sales Leader to launch, manage, and grow a local market, delivering accessibility solutions to individuals with limited mobility.

In year one, lead a small team to achieve appointments, conversations, and total sales revenue while ensuring 5-star customer experiences. The role involves consultative in-home sales, timely installation, and responsive service for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifikationen

• Residential DME or Home Medical Equipment industry experience (B2C).
• Proven experience as a successful sales producer and manager.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and project management skills.
• Financial acumen including budget understanding.

Aufgaben

• First year: achieve appointment and revenue goals, ensure 5-star customer reviews, and oversee a team of 1–2 Mobility Technicians.
• Lead in-home consultative sales appointments, prepare estimates and contracts with clear scope of work.
• With Shared Services support, develop relationships with community and referral sources, and host events to promote in-home mobility products.
• Operations: ensure quality standards of product, installation, and customer satisfaction; manage local vendor relationships.
• Leadership: hire, train, and develop team to meet goals and uphold policies; manage revenue targets and costs.
