Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods in Seattle, WA.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The position pays approximately $26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience, and is based onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Experience with warehouse systems such as SAP or WMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication across levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Audit shipments prior to packing to ensure goods are sellable and match orders.
• Pick, pack, and label products based on standards.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliant operations.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments; SAP/WMS system transactions.
• Inspect incoming materials; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving documentation; retain records.
• Perform inventory cycle counts; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot shipping delays or inventory variances; provide solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized warehouse per EHS and 5S.
