Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. in Redmond, WA seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Please note that this role is onsite in Redmond, WA and will pay approximately $24 - $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations required.
• Experience with SAP, WMS or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit shipments prior to packing to ensure sellable condition and accuracy.
• Picks, packs and labels products per standards.
• Follow SOPs for compliant operations.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments; perform SAP/WMS transactions.
• Inspect incoming materials and coordinate with Purchasing on issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving documentation; ensure record retention.
