Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Supply Chain preferred.
• Warehouse experience required; familiarity with SAP or WMS a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook; ability to lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure goods are sellable and match order.
• Picks, packs and labels product based on established standards.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, including SAP/WMS system transactions.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping/receiving documentation; ensure record retention.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies; support corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues like shipping delays or inventory variances; provide solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in line with EHS and 5S.
