Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a territory sales professional in the United States to meet or exceed sales targets by developing territory strategies and building relationships with physicians and thought leaders. The role involves careful planning of daily calls and event programs to maximize opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in business or sales, with preference for pharmaceutical/men's health experience, strong time management, and a proactive, communicative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• A sense of resourcefulness and ability to overcome challenges when working in a new territory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period. Local and potential overnight travel is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all established territory sales plan and objectives.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
