Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our Newark, NJ territory. You will meet or exceed territory sales plans by developing relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders, planning workdays, and implementing targeted programs.

The role requires 2+ years in business or customer service with sales experience; pharmaceutical sales and Men's Health focus are highly preferred. Travel is extensive, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all established territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategies specific to the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities (speakers' bureau programs, symposia, etc.).
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines and operate assigned sales territory within established policies.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
