Job summary

Flagship invites you to join our Lab Services division as Shipping & Receiving Clerk in the Bay Area. You will handle package receipt, on-site delivery, and customer service for multiple tenants, supporting a fast-paced centralized Shipping & Receiving area.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, solid customer service, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Forklift certification is a plus; training can be provided. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with lab or shipping environments helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification a plus; training available.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages and log in Shipping & Receiving database and deliver to site tenants.
• Process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness and promptness.
• Use company routines and materials management tech to secure goods.
• Act as on-site Point-of-Contact for Shipping & Receiving support.
• Escort delivery personnel and equipment as needed.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, forklifts and other S&R equipment.
• Follow site SOPs, procedures and S&R programs.
• Maintain shipping/receiving equipment under supervision.
• Travel between client locations as necessary.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Perform additional S&R tasks as necessary.
