Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support the Lab Services Division in the Bay Area. The role focuses on customer service, package receipt, on-site delivery, and fast-paced inbound/shipping tasks for multiple tenants.

You will work full-time (40 hours) as a non-exempt, hourly employee, with responsibilities that include logging shipments, operating pallet jacks, and coordinating with tenants and delivery personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift (certification a plus).
• Familiarity with lab or shipping/receiving environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log packages, delivering to site tenants professionally.
• Process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain Shipping & Receiving records using company tracking databases.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for shipping & receiving support.
• Assist with general facilities duties as needed.
