Job summary
EnviroLogix is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to ensure accurate, timely shipments and receipts for a biotech manufacturing operation. You will prepare domestic and international shipments, maintain documentation, coordinate carriers, and safeguard temperature-sensitive products through transit.
Join the Core Operations team to support global diagnostic testing for agriculture, operate in a regulated environment, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations with attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2+ years shipping/receiving experience in regulated environments such as biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of carrier systems, shipping documentation, packaging, and inventory transactions.
- Experience with international or temperature-controlled shipments preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material-handling equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Prepare shipping documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate parcel, freight, expedited, and temperature-controlled shipments.
- Follow cold-chain, hazardous-material, and DOT/IATA shipping requirements.
- Verify incoming materials against orders and inspect shipments for discrepancies.
- Complete inventory transactions and maintain shipping/receiving records in ERP.
- Communicate delays, documentation issues, and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain an organized, safe shipping/receiving area.
