Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with customer service in a technical or service-based environment.
• Proficient with shipping carriers and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; able to use email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments: unload deliveries, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and stock inventory.
• Prepare outgoing shipments: pick, pack, label, and coordinate carrier pickups for ground and freight.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the inventory management system.
• Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory including biomedical equipment and parts.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipment tracking, and product availability.
• Coordinate with the service team to support equipment repairs, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment and supporting logistics tasks.
