BioLegend, Inc. seeks a Shipping & Receiving Specialist for a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will process high volumes of domestic and international orders, manage inventory, and ensure accurate packing and shipping. The role requires ERP/NAV experience, strong communication, and adherence to SOPs and 5S practices.

Ideal candidates have advanced shipping experience, familiarity with dangerous goods, and a proactive attitude to meet performance targets in a dynamic setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma and 2 years of related warehouse inventory experience.
• Recent shipping experience with both international and domestic orders preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process a high volume of orders for international and domestic destinations.
• Organize and manage consumable inventory and packaging materials.
• Report defective materials to the Department Supervisor.
• Work with ERP/NAV to locate items across inventory.
• Pack orders balancing weight and volume and ensure proper labeling.
• Coordinate with carriers (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, KWE) for timely shipments.
• Edit and draft SOPs and maintain 5S practices in the warehouse.
