Charles River Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Processing Technician to perform a variety of tasks in sample reception, storage, and shipment, while maintaining strict inventory control and accurate LIMS data records.

You will collaborate with Project Management and Operational Labs to ensure timely processing and adherence to GMP/GLP standards, with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in scientific discipline preferred.
• 0–2 years related laboratory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of GMPs/GLPs; able to communicate verbally and in writing; computer system oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily tasks including sample receipt, storage, distribution and shipment of materials.
• Support other laboratory technicians by receiving and distributing internal samples and seed banks.
• Manage inventory of client-supplied samples and internal cell banks.
• Create, update, and monitor client storage and seed bank files.
• Perform periodic inventory reconciliation per SOPs and enter data into LIMS.
