• 1 year of related life science laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package biological samples and related materials and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation for the shipment.
• Deliver packages to a carrier/shipper as needed.
• Notify study directors, study supervisors, and sponsors of FedEx tracking numbers and verify arrival.
• Handle shipment details including receiving, storage, inventory and verification using SOPs.
• Log samples in and out of storage via LIMS or other process and manage check in/out for analysis.
• Prepare sample inventories and verification for maintained, archived, and sample requests.
• Perform data-entry to maintain the database for biological samples inventory.
• File study data and generate box labels.
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and SOPs.
• Manage sample and related materials disposition.
