BioAgilytix seeks a detail-oriented Sample Management Technician for its laboratory operations. You will handle GxP-compliant receipt of samples, accession them in LIMS, manage freezer inventories, and ensure accurate study metadata across systems.

You’ll monitor metrics and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced team. The role requires excellent communication, proficiency in MS Excel/Word, and experience with LIMS and quality management software.

Competenze

High school diploma required.
Experience working under GxP regulations is essential.
Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Mansioni

Timely GxP-compliant receipt of reference material and/or incoming samples.
Initiates sample chain-of-custody paperwork and/or electronic records.
Notifies BAL/client personnel of sample receipt promptly.
Generates and maintains records in a GxP compliant manner.
Manages sample receipt freezer inventory.
Collects metrics data to monitor sample receipt processes.
Recommends process improvements.
Train new Sample Management Technicians as needed.
Assist with disposition and internal transfer of samples.
Accession samples and verify metadata across systems.
Resolves discrepancies in the eSMS system.
Manage pre- and post-test sample storage; pull and check out samples for testing; check in after testing.
