Job summary

Avid Bioservices seeks an Associate, Business Operations to support end-to-end RFP, RFI, proposals and change orders for CDMO client opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional input, prepare materials, support pricing and timelines, and maintain standard response content with internal SMEs to ensure timely, high-quality proposals.

Responsibilities

Support intake, review, and processing of client RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and change orders.
Prepare proposal materials including scope summaries, work plans, timelines, and pricing inputs.
Coordinate input from cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and timelines.
Maintain standard RFI/RFP response content and proposal templates for consistency.
Track proposal activity and approvals in CRM systems and related tools.
