Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in proposal or project coordination within biotech or CRO, strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with Salesforce or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in proposal coordination, project coordination or similar roles within biotech/CRO.
• Experience with proposals, quotes, and change orders is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of quotations based on SME inputs.
• Manage quotes, change orders, and version control across documents.
• Maintain records of quote status and documentation in internal systems.
• Collaborate with BD, Scientific Evaluators and costing teams to meet deadlines.
